About The Behavioural Impact Group

We’re specialists in behavioural change. Our core approach is a tailored framework for businesses, designed by our Founder Ed Grey and inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a psychotherapeutic intervention that we have modified and integrated with other more conventional people and organisational development tools, alongside NLP, somatic intelligence, contemporary neuroscience, psychotherapy and coaching, helping individuals, teams, and departments reach coherence with the business as a whole. Our mission is simple: to help businesses thrive by transforming the way their people think, connect, and perform. Your competitive advantage lies not just in what your business does, but in how your people do it together.Through immersive retreats, practical workshops, coaching and tailored training events, we give organisations the tools to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and create coherence across every level, from leadership to frontline teams. And because training rarely sticks without follow-up and transformational delivery, we focus on integration, embedding our tailored frameworks into your people development strategies to ensure lasting learning and stronger alignment with performance management. When people perform at their best, so does the business.

About Our Founder Ed Grey

Ed Grey is a seasoned behavioural change expert, psychotherapist, and coach with over 25 years’ experience helping individuals, teams, and organisations reimagine what is possible, not by simply adding skills, but by shifting mindsets, behaviours, and relational patterns at their roots. His unique blend of expertise includes:
Clinical training as a psychotherapist, giving him deep insight into how beliefs, emotions, and past experience shape behaviour.
Extensive work in NLP, somatic intelligence, neuroscience, and coaching, each forming a pillar of the tailored frameworks he builds for organisations.
A strong track record delivering retreats, workshops, training and coaching interventions that don’t just inspire, but produce measurable, lasting change in how people think, connect, and perform.
Ed has worked with clients across sectors including finance, construction, care, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and education. His former clients say that he brings clarity, trust, and transformation: helping leaders step up, managers build capability, and teams feel genuinely supported. What sets Ed apart is his ability to weave together psychological depth (from psychotherapy and behavioural psychology) with a business mindset. So when we say “behaviour change experts,” with Ed you really have someone who understands both the internal landscapes of mindset and the external world of performance.

Testimonials

"Ed was an invaluable resource available to me in my last role. At first I was sceptical, but I am now a true believer. Ed has a wealth of experience to bring to the table and offers a healthy challenge to the decision making process, allowing room for personal growth and directly improving coaching skill sets.""Honestly, I never thought coaching would change me as much as it did. I know I have benefitted, but my team have also seen real shifts in the way they now think and feel about the work; they have said it's because I have 'stepped up' - all down to the coaching I believe. Thank you!""It is rare to meet someone with such an unusual skill set/expertise and with such a winning way in communicating it. Ed is a truly an inspirational man and a consummate professional.""The training I attended was the best course I have experienced - and there has been many. I have been able to make daily use of the alternative thinking generated from listening to Ed during the course and in subsequent email exchanges and discussions. Brilliant!"
